Edited with a Preface by Lucio P. Ruotolo. This is the first publication of VW's only play, discovered after the death of Leonard Woolf in 1969. A farce based on VW's great-aunt Julia Margaret Cameron, the play takes place on the Isle of Wight where the Camerons established an artists' colony  in the 1870's. First written in 1923 and performed at a Bloomsbury theatrical evening in 1935. A rare glimpse of Woolf's gift for comedy. Jacket is distressed, otherwise book is in VG condition. Harcourt Brace Jovanovich, New York and London. Hb, Dj. 1976. USED. $15.00
