Facsimile of a page of Ausen's Sanditon inserted in the front. Teal paper, white cloth spine and paper label, with spare label tipped in. This limited edition is larger than the subsequent printing. 170 pgs + notes. Includes signed note from RW Chapman and his writing inside the book, as follows: first endpaper in front is inscribed "K B McFarlane from the editor June (illegible) 43". Also included is a note folded inside the book in the same hand "I can only blush --- & throw in a makeright. R W C 2/6/43" and "K B McF".  K. B.
